| Three more massive 315,000 cu.ft. balloons have been added to the fleet |
| Three more Cameron Z315 balloons each with a volume of 315,000 cu. ft. have been added to the fleet. The balloons have the latest burner and fabric technology from Cameron Balloons and have the new RDS (Rapid Deflation System) that will improve landing options and enable the pilots to select the most comfortable final landing approach profile.
The balloon envelopes also feature the latest "Hyperlast" fabric which is the most advanced fabric of its type used in balloon manufacture which is more wear resistance and at least double the strength of normal fabric.
With the larger balloons we have also developed specialised ground handling systems to help with recovery at the end of the flight. |
